Before you speak, before you take action, look within yourself. Is this who you are? Is this what you truly mean to say? And in time, will you still stand by your words or your movements if done in haste?
Know who you are; pause long enough, to be honest with your heart and mind. Move and speak from your true core and not from the reverberations of the world around you. "To thine own self be true."
